🚌 Last week with Irene Koronaki and @Efi Dermesonlouoglou we took our women students from the School of Mechanical Engineering - NTUA and NTUA School of Chemical Engineering at a factory visit at Nestlé (Oinofyta Factory).
☕ Nestlé has shown to us how a company with certain policies and practical actions may foster women in engineering positions, how it embraces motherhood, how it accommodates the needs of its employees and how it embraces diversity and inclusivity. And it happens!
🏛️ The National Technical University of Athens is at the same page and with continuous efforts and actions tries to attract more women in the engineering professions. Indicatively, the School of Mechanical Engineering - NTUA has doubled the percentage of women students in the last years. Way to go, but we are getting there!
